I bought my “certified pre owned” vehicle from Brooklyn Volkswagen a little over a month going on two months ago…. And I’m starting to regret it first when purchasing the car I had an exact price that I wa Volkswagen a little over a month going on two months ago…. And I’m starting to regret it first when purchasing the car I had an exact price that I was supposed to purchase the vehicle for from true car and the dealership added an extra charge for a “lo Jack” anti theft system saying that all cars have it installed so there was no way around it come to find out when I got the car it wasn’t even installed so that was extra money that I shouldn’t have even spent but even after it was finally installed it stopped working properly after about a month. Now the weather has been getting hot and from the first time I noticed that the a.c wasn’t working properly I scheduled service on my vehicle brought it in to get checked they had me wait from 7:30 in the morning until about 2:00 in the afternoon made me miss hours from my day job after I was the first car in to tell me that they did not have a machine to check see if my air conditioner is ok so I would have to reschedule. I rescheduled service two weeks later come in and still the machine is either not there or not working so I have to reschedule again. I do not understand why schedule me an appointment if you don’t have what you need to do the job. The only reason why i keep bringing my car back to Brooklyn Volkswagen is because I bought it from there and I feel like I keep getting the run around and their making me run up miles on my car so whatever service I need won’t be covered under their warranty. I’m just going to take this as a lesson learned and try to get my vehicle serviced elsewhere since the dealer I bought it from can’t seem to help and just take a lost on the “lo Jack” anti theft system that I got swindled into buying and doesn’t even work properly More

I have repeatedly told my neighbor auto technician that the car has a small leakage in the radiator. After saying that your inexperienced technician intentionally or unintentionally caused me financial lo the car has a small leakage in the radiator. Why is your technician saying you need a new radiator after so long? Did they not see eight months ago? My radiator is leaking from the entrie freezer tank, the underside is blue rust but your didn't catch the problem for once! Maybe intentional. On the 28th of March one of your customers he told me that he and I have been harassed by your service. After taking it so many times why didn't they check the bottom of the radiator? I have taken a picture of my old radiator and installed a new radiator for only $330 and also a copy of your all bills . Right now my car 🚗 is 100% good 👍 condition.There is no faith or hope in your service In other words, it is broken. Could have told earlier that the radiator was broken but your man told me after eight months, why didn't they tell earlier ? I could have bought a new car with the money I gave you.
