I'm only Giving them one star because I have to give a star rating. Very bad for business and they don't keep their word. I didn't want to pay that $1600+ fee that they said covers the detailing, remov star rating. Very bad for business and they don't keep their word. I was cool with it, come to pick up my car the detailing was a done poorly, car still had scratches on it and let me not start on the rims. Not to mention the car when I test drove the car it was almost on empty. They filled it up right before half. Very Shiesty. After two days of having the car had to bring it in just to hear all 4 brakes were bad and needed to change. service light came on the same day after receiving the car. Service manager also said the car was serviced. Paid for everything and nothing was done. Not even the detailing was done properly. Car was dirty and I had a manager tell me I'm getting upset for no reason and walked off as I was speaking to him. More

When I started asking questions she wasn't prepared for she said she'll transfer me to the finance manager but turned out the person she transferred me to was Melissa a sales rep and she couldn't help me. I know that was rude but I'm not driving a 1 hour and a half and however much gas it would take just to be told different when I get there. I'm only giving this dealership one star because the vehicle looked nice. I found the vehicle on carfax.com priced at $30,000. I then went to the actual dealer website and the vehicle was selling for $3 vehicle looked nice. I found the vehicle on carfax.com priced at $30,000. I then went to the actual dealer website and the vehicle was selling for $36,000. I figure I'd call in to verify pricing and the rep told me the vehicle was on promotion selling for $30,000. I proceeded through the dealership website to purchase the vehicle and the car was selling for $30,000. I then received a phone call from the dealership manager saying the car was selling for $36,000. What a terrible experience I had my bank approval and everything ready to purchase just to get the run around tied with lies and false advertisement. I would not recommend this dealership at all. More
