Used car Bought a used 2005 Jeep Laredo drove it home and that was it less than 24hrs later the Jeep wouldn't start it needed a battery they said they checked Bought a used 2005 Jeep Laredo drove it home and that was it less than 24hrs later the Jeep wouldn't start it needed a battery they said they checked everything I took it to auto zone after jump starting it and they quickly determined it was the battery. I know it was used but I expected at least a month to drive it without breaking down. More

Exceptional experience Because of previous car shopping experiences it is not my most favorite thing to do and was expecting a salesman to lead me to a car that did not fit Because of previous car shopping experiences it is not my most favorite thing to do and was expecting a salesman to lead me to a car that did not fit my need and with a much higher price tag. From the moment I stepped onto the car lot Kevin has given me the best car shopping experience I've had. He did not try to pressure me into something I did not need. He first looked into what my needs were and from there guided me to several choices. Very easy going personality and was very accommodating to any requests I came up with. I also think that the quality of a facility will also reflect the quality of service you receive. Brookfield facility definitely top quality.
