One day the screen went blank and I couldn’t get it to work no radio no gps nothing. I called the dealer and he told me to go out to my car and hold down the volume button for 5 seconds. I did and everything came back. He could have told me to bring the car in and charged me a big fee. Instead he said have a great day. Now that is a great dealership and repair department. More
