People ate nice but when a sensor was malfunctioning, the mechanic finds a scratch or tiny chip that must have (according to him) happened from a pebble or rock hitting it while I was driving, so sensor mal mechanic finds a scratch or tiny chip that must have (according to him) happened from a pebble or rock hitting it while I was driving, so sensor malfunction was supposedly caused by outside occurrence so bumper to bumper warranty wouldn’t cover the repair. what a joke the warranty is, only good if you never drive the car. Bret discounted the repair heavily but I really shouldn’t have had to pay anything, how do they know whether damage was caused at factory, car only had 10,000 miles on it. More

Very annoyed. booked appointment for simple oil change. Told them I don’t ant 22 point inspection, just oil change.
