Very poor communications regarding the progress of my vehicle. I appreciate the effort that was taken to work with the extended warranty company but my car was at the dealer for 3 weeks and three times vehicle. After two weeks without a vehicle I inquired about a courtesy vehicle and was given a number of excuses as to why it was not available. More

I’m 44 years old I’ve started at Buick in greenbrook than when my sales rep moved too Bridgewater Chevy I moved as well it’s been 20 years and serval cars later. I like this company I really hope they never change and continue to stay committed to their customers until I purchase my final car at 50. 6 more years to go. I’ve noticed businesses change when they hire new folks so we will see but for now I give them a 10 in all departments. More
