They swore that my tires would be rotated yet when I received the report the technician refused to rotate them as he claimed it didn't need it. Who is the technician to override the customer??? I religiously get my oil changed at Bridgewater Chevy and was shocked by the price of the oil changes. I paid over 100$ and had to wait almost 2 hours for my car to recieve the oil change.
