I RECORDED ALL PHONE CALLS, AND HAVE SCREENSHOTS OF HOW THEY RESPONDED TO ME WHEN I TOLD THEM TO SEND IT TO CAPITAL ONE. Terrible experience I will never go back to them again. It’s my 3rd time purchasing a vehicle from them, I thought they would see me as a valuable customer. They sold me I will never go back to them again. It’s my 3rd time purchasing a vehicle from them, I thought they would see me as a valuable customer. They sold me a piece of crap jeep, I’ve had nothing but problems with it since I bought it. They got my info compromised and I had money taken out of account fraudulently and had to cancel my card. When I call and leave a message they never call back. When I told them I was unhappy with my purchase they gave me the run around. They don’t listen to the customer and try to make them happy, they just trick and deceive customers. I would never recommend them! More

Initially, we'd planned on purchasing a used vehicle with low mileage that hopefully had been well maintained. It turned out that we'd be able to purchase a brand new vehicle for an excellent price at Novick, and it doesn't end there. Everything was ready to go when we arrived. Aside from signatures and becoming acquainted with the vehicle, there was nothing more to do. There were no awkward sales pitches, no surprise charges ... not one negative thing about the experience! We were treated as valuable customers the entire time by there extremely friendly staff - including the young lady who opened the door for us, the gentleman who prepared our registration documents, the finance manager, and of course, Scott Novick, who was beyond awesome. This is our first Dodge ... and it certainly won't be our last ... and we definitely will return to buy from Novick! More

Although i live over 170 miles away from the dealership i must say This was the most pleasant experience I've ever had buying a car and it was worth the trip. Terri was extremely helpful with completing most of the required paperwork online and over the phone so that when i got to the actual place i only needed to sign and drive. Their price on my 2012 challenger was simply unbeatable, as was the entire bob Novick's team friendly and cheerful spirit. Upon my arrival people there immediately made me feel like it's my birthday, meanwhile the business part went swiftly and painless. On top of my wishlist car they managed to get me such superior financing i had hard time believing until i saw the papers in person.
