Went in with an issue and they got to it right away. They gave me a loaner vehicle quick and easy. The problem got fixed and I’m back in my vehicle now. The service advisor that attended me was Carlos Blanco. Very cool guy. He was very helpful and understanding and would always keep me updated on my vehicle’s servicing process. More

Mario helped get me service plan that wasn’t in my contract when I signed it. Finance took weeks to deliver lease payoff to dealership and eventually wrote me a check I had to pick up in person. Lease payoff wasn’t explained well. It was supposed to be payed by dealership as incentive to purchase vehicle. They put lease payoff on top of my principlal amount and into my loan, so I am financing it and paying for it myself. I could have paid myself and avoided tax and interest. I got late fees from dealership that never received lease payoff until I paid them personally and picked up check in person. More
