Poor service I gave Merc cla 250 for service , which I brought it from Brickell luxury motors 9 months ago. Firth point - I asked him to change wipers , he changed with some other cheap quality wipers , which is not working properly at all , i realized that next day I was traveling to Tampa , Second point - they charged me $700 for service , but they haven’t washed my car , amazing guys 👏 in fact I see oil marks on rear windows More
Horrible Customer service after sale. We bought my daughter a 2019 Buick Encore and had problem getting the returning lessee discount, since my wife and I life in another state. During the time that Brickell was working on getting that discount they let my daughter use the car that we ultimately purchased, leaving her trade-in Saab in the custody of Brickell. During the 5 days it took to get the paper work straighten out they removed everything out of her car including 2 pairs of very expensive sunglasses and other personal items and according to them threw away, including her SunPass transponder. It was soon afterward that my daughter asked the dealer about her personal items which they apologized but made no offer to replace. We asked her sales person Mike why her transponder was thrown away, to which he had no answer. Finally my daughter found that her "discarded" SunPass transponder had actually been stolen and was used multiple times, including by a 6 axle truck with total charges of about $50. I contacted the business manager and left a message, no response. My wife contacted the business manager about this and other document she needs, no response. I talked to Mike last week who said he could not do anything about the discarded and stolen items but would talk to his manager. I called him back today and was told that my daughter should just go and dispute the SunPass charges, which she had already tried and was told they cannot be disputed. Finally there have been no less than 5 attempts to talk to management at Brickell about this issue as well as some document and payment inquiries. I do have to say at least they are consistent, in that not once has anyone from Brickell management taken the time to return even one of our calls. So in closing, Buicks are great cars, but I would go to other dealers in the area. Williamson, Lorenzo or Lehman, all will most likely provide much better after sales service. Most importantly they probably will make sure you personal property doesn't get stolen and used. More
TERRIBLE customer service and experience!! I purchased a 3 year lease from Brickell Buick & GMC - a 2019 Buick Encore. I planned to trade in the car I already owned. I moved to Miami for work b I purchased a 3 year lease from Brickell Buick & GMC - a 2019 Buick Encore. I planned to trade in the car I already owned. I moved to Miami for work but my parents still reside out of state. My mom also has a lease which added an additional discount to my lease price but since she resides out of state there were issues getting the paperwork through. Since there were issues completing the paperwork, the dealership loaned me the car I was interested in leasing (which I did end up purchasing) and had me leave my current car at the dealership in their custody. I gathered a few things out of my current car but was assured that my personal belongings inside the car would be secure until I came back to finalize the deal (and gather the rest of my personal belongings out of the car). Unfortunately, I soon came to learn that all of my personal belongings had be thrown away. Among these items were two pairs of designer sunglasses, a nice purse, a hat and more. However, that wasn't even the worst part. I had left my SunPass in my old car (with, of course, plans to retrieve it and put it in my new car when I returned to finalize the deal) and I was told personally by the sales associate I was working with that the SunPass was removed from the car and properly discarded. I quickly learned this wasn't true when I received an email stating that my "discarded" SunPass was currently being used and charged and my balance was now in the negatives. The SunPass that was allegedly thrown away was actually stolen from my car and installed in another vehicle that charged almost $50 to the SunPass. I reached out to the dealership and all I was told was "sorry we didn't mean for this to happen." My parents called multiple times (at least 5 times) and left several messages to try and resolve the issue amicably but we received no calls back. The sales associate, Michael, finally reached out to my Dad (after I texted him again and told him how unacceptable this whole situation was) and he told my Dad that the dealership would not reimburse us for the wrongly discarded property or for the charges made on my SunPass that was stolen by someone inside the dealership. My Dad then, rightfully, wrote a review regarding this entire terrible experience and instantly received a message from the dealership saying "Why didn't you wait for us to call you? We are trying to get you a refund." This statement is completely untrue and was a sad attempt at trying to salvage the situation and their reputation. We were blatantly told that the dealership would not be giving us any reimbursement for the SunPass charges or discarded personal items (until, of course, they saw my Dad's very honest review and were then trying to remedy the situation... aka do damage control). Long story short - I love the car but the service at Brickell Buick & GMC is 100 times worse than the typical "car salesman/car dealership" stereotype (who even knew that was possible). I would definitely recommend the car but save yourself time and aggravation by purchasing from a different dealership (there are many in the Miami area). Doing so will also save you money on fraudulent SunPass charges and having to replace expensive personal belongings :) More
