Facts: bought a used car at the start of the year and Briarwood put in a new battery. About 6 months later the battery fails. Briarwood was going to charge over $500 for a new battery. I said it should b Briarwood put in a new battery. About 6 months later the battery fails. Briarwood was going to charge over $500 for a new battery. I said it should be covered by the dealership. They cut my bill to just under $300. I continued to protest. For weeks the service person I dealt with told me he would get a refund for me. Then it turns my service person no longer works for Briarwood. I asked again about the refund and was told NO. This is terrible customer service. BTW the new battery has a 3 yr warranty but no luck with the one they put in when I bought the car. Be very careful with these folks. Last time I bring my business to Briarwood. Buyer BEWARE!! More
