I have always been a Peake customer and December 2019 I purchased my first BMW from this dealership because SALES DEPARTMENT SOLD ME THE CAR! They did a great job. However, it has been downhill ever sinc purchased my first BMW from this dealership because SALES DEPARTMENT SOLD ME THE CAR! They did a great job. However, it has been downhill ever since when dealing with service. My 2019 BMW 548i is wonderful! However I had a "rattle" in my exhaust and was attempting to get it repaired. I have been in literally 5 times, most of which were wasted trips due to the service department either "sending the part back, or using it on someone else's vehicle. Took car in and was diagnosed and told they would order the necessary part. I never heard from them so upon checking, they said I didn't get in fast enough. So, second and third attempts they received the "wrong part" !!!! Fourth attempt, I was emailed, texted and called to remind me of my upcoming appointment. I arrived, left with a friend for lunch at during lunch was Called and notified it was the wrong part, yet again. I left my car there and was given a loaner, as the part would be "overnighted'. Two days later I was asked to "SEND A PICTURE OF MY EXHAUST"! and guess what? Wrong one received. I'M done!! Called and informed service rep to take me off the books, I'm done! I have never heard from anyone at the dealership to date. Oh and did I forget that about halfway through this ordeal I called and left a message for service MANAGER to please call me. NEVER DID!!! More
