I can’t say enough about the way they treated us – they went over the car in great deal; explaining all the features of the car, not only the snazzy things a person would like, but the important safety aspects of the car as well. They listened and answered all our questions; we never felt like they wanted to rush off to another prospective customer. To top it all off, there was no need to negotiate with them about the price, because they quoted us a great price immediately. Closing on the car was also handled efficiently for us. Jen had the insurance in place and all the contract documents ready to be signed on the day we picked up the car. There were no surprises or snags. We’ve had the Forester for about a week now and are crazy about it! The ride is great, the car is roomy and has so much cargo capacity, the sunroof and the other extra features are fun, and the gas mileage is terrific. Anyone looking for an amazing car as well as a great dealership should go to Brewster Subaru. More

Well, I found myself in a situation where I wanted to test drive a new WRX and I just don't know anyone at any of the local Subaru Dealers. I selected Brewster Subaru at first because I knew they had the car in the color that I wanted. So I emailed Michelle, their internet sales manager and she quickly gave me a very good price but informed me the car I wanted had already been sold. I still wanted to go look at the car so my wife and I agreed to come and test drive another color and see if we could order one once we decided. My experience that day went like this... Ive never been at this dealer, but It was fairly small, which is always a good thing in my mind. My wife and I walked into the showroom and Michelle was talking to a customer, so we walked outside to check the lot. While we were out there waiting, Michelles assistant came out and informed us the guy who put the deposit on the WRX in the color we wanted had cancelled his deposit so we could test drive that one. Great! So they let my wife and I just take the car which I loved because I honestly like tests rives where the salesperson does not come with you. After the test drive we all sat down and Michelle went over all the numbers and we put a deposit down. Very low pressure which I love and I'm not the type of person that needs any help making up my mind. My wife and I went home to discuss what we wanted to do and ended up calling back in a day to say we'll take it. All I had to do was email in a credit app and my ins card and we were all set to go. They handled the rest of the details and I showed up, signed the documents and took my freshly detailed car home. While I was there picking up the car Toto took me through a quick but thorough description of the cars numerous features and Michelle took me around and introduced me to various people at the dealership. Everyone was very nice. As I was about to leave, Michelle came out and gave me a Coke for the road as I had mentioned I was a Coke drinker. Just a little detail like that goes a long way with me. I would definitely buy another Subaru from Brewster Subaru. One of the best experiences Ive ever had buying a car. More
