She and her management were honest, straightforward, pleasant and professional during the entire process from start to finish. We negotiated a very fair price by phone for the car for sale and they offered a very fair price for my trade in at the dealership. I had done my homework and knew the market and competitor pricing so I know that their pricing was fair and competitive. I worked directly with the General Manager (Nelson Demelo) on the trade in price, so there were no games at all. There was a lot of paperwork, especially since I am from CT, and the Sales Manager (Rich Johnson), was totally prepared with all the forms and made the process fast and easy for me. I will definitely consider Brewser Subaru for my next car purchase based on this excellent experience. More

No high pressure sales, not even from the finance guy, Rich. He is very personable. I did purchase an extended warranty but felt he didn't try to "ram it down my throat". Initially I was really stressing over the thought of purchasing a new car- you know- the games salesmen play, but it didn't turn out that way. I did shop around at 3 other dealers and I have to say two things 1) Brewster Subaru is above board and 2) I GOT THE BEST PRICE!!! More

Nelson is exceptional This review is a bit late, as my wife and I bought our car in April. When looking to replace our beloved 2011 Outback, we visited this dealership This review is a bit late, as my wife and I bought our car in April. When looking to replace our beloved 2011 Outback, we visited this dealership and were impressed with the atmosphere. Ralph was new to the dealership and we were his first customers. He was friendly and easygoing. We dealt mainly with Nelson on many aspects of the transaction and he was eager to earn our business. He got us the car we wanted, at a very fair price. There were a couple of hiccups that Nelson smoothed out immediately. One month after buying the car, we received the steering column recall; Subaru arranged for the car to be transported to Brewster that day. Service arranged for us to have a loaner car for the duration of the recall process, even coming in on an off day to allow us to pick it up. The recall fix was completed quickly and we were back in our beautiful new car once again. I am very pleased to be a part of the Brewster Subaru family now and look forward to great service and ownership experiences as a result. More
