Nelson is exceptional This review is a bit late, as my wife and I bought our car in April. When looking to replace our beloved 2011 Outback, we visited this dealership This review is a bit late, as my wife and I bought our car in April. When looking to replace our beloved 2011 Outback, we visited this dealership and were impressed with the atmosphere. Ralph was new to the dealership and we were his first customers. He was friendly and easygoing. We dealt mainly with Nelson on many aspects of the transaction and he was eager to earn our business. He got us the car we wanted, at a very fair price. There were a couple of hiccups that Nelson smoothed out immediately. One month after buying the car, we received the steering column recall; Subaru arranged for the car to be transported to Brewster that day. Service arranged for us to have a loaner car for the duration of the recall process, even coming in on an off day to allow us to pick it up. The recall fix was completed quickly and we were back in our beautiful new car once again. I am very pleased to be a part of the Brewster Subaru family now and look forward to great service and ownership experiences as a result. More

He was patient in repeating the terms of the lease and the obligations of the leasee as was Rich Johnson and Patrick. Each of the staff that I encountered were very personable and I felt no pressure at all to make a quick decision. This dealership is only eight to ten minutes from my home so it will be very convenient to return for servicing. I will recommend this dealership. I give them five stars but they deserve ten. More
