Honest and Attentive We contacted Anthony Pilla with a need for a vehicle with a third row. As Subaru doesn't make one yet, Anthony said he would find one. Brewster was the closest by a few miles, but I found it the most friendly, positive, welcoming, and informative dealership. There was some trouble getting my car on time, although that was not the dealer's fault: delays were due to Subaru's factory supply and demand (and I ordered a rare manual transmission). When the car arrived there were some further delays relating to the order and dealer prep, but that is because Brewster Subaru is a smaller business...not because it is a lesser one. They (especially my salesman, Anthony) took care of the car/delivered options as ordered (special order with stereo), and my time waiting in the showroom for dealer prep work was pleasant, more so than negative...and that is because this particular 'small' dealership treats customers personably, and not with disregard. Also, a very clean, nice atmosphere, and no surprise end fees. No dealership is perfect... when I compared Brewster to other regional Subaru dealers, I found Brewster Subaru the best choice, and I recommend them. Also, I remind any one shopping for a new Subaru, just like when shopping for any car, or anything else... an educated consumer makes the best customer. More

In april of 2016 i went in to buy a subaru impreza and got matched up with robyn. Im telling you this woman is a saint she searched high and low for the exact car i wanted and got it for me. Sadly to say that car has since gotten totaled but when looking for a new car i knew exactly where and to who i was going to. Yet again Robyn Patrick and Rich did another amazing job and got me exactly what i wanted!!!! They make it so easy and never make you feel stupid. I would 100% go back everytime. When the dealership found out that my car was delayed, they gave me a new Subaru to drive until my car arrived. The atmosphere in this dealership is very friendly (like a family), and they really care about their customers.
