I came to Fred looking for a Certified Used Subaru for my first AWD car and he did better than expected. He showed me a variety of vehicles and did not pressure me to purchase. Moreover, he even showed me comparable vehicles at other dealerships. I don't know any salesperson that would do that except Fred. He proved to me with hard data and a smile that I was getting the best deal possible in terms of price, mileage and condition of the car. I came away with a 3 year old, super low mileage car (15k) that was practically new for thousands less than a new vehicle. I couldn't be happier with my car. I have nothing but praise for Fred and the buying experience he offered me. When I buy next car, I will be asking for Fred again! More

Listened well, located car, quoted a good price I was shopping for a 2017 Impreza sedan. I had done research online and visited other dealers. After contacting Brewster Subaru online, I was advise I was shopping for a 2017 Impreza sedan. I had done research online and visited other dealers. After contacting Brewster Subaru online, I was advised to ask for Patrick when I came in. He is a sales manager, who had me work with Roy on the sales floor. Roy was very enthusiastic, a bit much for my taste, but others might enjoy it. Importantly, Roy listened to find out what I wanted, unlike some dealers who talk to sell you what they have. He was able to see that a sister dealer in Danbury CT had a car that was my first choice color and had everything I wanted, and very few accessory add-ons I didn't want, and he quoted a very competitive price when I asked him to give me his best price. (I never tell a dealer what I'm willing to pay- I just tell them they know their best price, and that's what I want.) I know the price was competitive, i.e. lower than most others, because I had 4 other quotes by then, all $400-500 higher. Through no fault of Roy or Patrick, I had planned to stop at one more dealer, and when I did, they had a car in stock that was my second choice color, with everything else as asked, and a price that was actually about $100 lower, I guess because it was in stock and it was the end of the month. I took that deal, but had been treated so well at Brewster Subaru that I did at least let them know not to get the car he had quoted. They'll have no trouble selling it to someone else. More

My wife and I needed to replace our 2014 Outback and we first started dealing with Millie on line who was very helpful. Our salesperson was Robyn Rey who is great and goes out of her way to make you happy. We also worked with Rich Johnson who set up the new lease but also helped us work on getting money back from our car that was totaled. Have not used service department yet but everything looks good on that end as well. Did meet Ray from service who was friendly. Overall a great experience. More
