I just purchased my second Subaru with Mitch. Mitch does a great job of making you understand the process and ensuring that you feel comfortable along the way. The dealership didn't have the exact car I wanted but they were able to have it there in less than a week. After a great experience with Mitch, Rich was wonderful to work with. Once again he makes everything so clear and doesn't mind answering any and all questions that you may have, there's no rushing the process even on a super busy day. Once home Mitch saved me hours on hold with Subaru by getting my app synced up to my phone. More

Talk about salesmanship. We started with one car and by the time we were done the whole family had new cars.
