The service center used to be great you would be in and out in less than an hour for an oil change and that would be a walk in w/o an appt. Now that you make an appt it is 2 hrs. I came in for regular maintenance - an oil change and tire rotation. Ended up needing rock chip repair and some air filter replacements. I specifically asked the representative to check the right-rear door which would not lock. No repair was done to the door! The regular service was done in record time. For that I am grateful. Absolute worst experience buying a car at Brent Brown Toyota. Financing was rushed to get things signed. Had to keep messaging them to find out any updates. Took over a week to get final word that deal went through and even then had to come in and re-sign things at a higher rate and monthly. Highly encourage everyone to shop elsewhere. The people in this place place nice and act friendly until papers are signed but they are not your friend. Will not be buying here again, and will certainly not recommend anyone. More
