Nathan blew me away with his customer-is-always-right approach to servicing our Tacoma. We had an issue that could have been their fault or ours, but he never questioned it, just assumed responsibility f approach to servicing our Tacoma. Todd was helpful and a very nice guy, but he kept forgetting my name, like more than once. Wrong name printed on signing papers. Asked over and over for same information during the closing and signin forgetting my name, like more than once. Wrong name printed on signing papers. When one spends $60K+ on a vehicle, it would have been nice if the salesman would have remembered my name. More

Jamie was responsive and tried to help my purchase go smoothly. Had some issues talking to Charlie though who was finance guy. Only had a chance to talk to him once and all my messages and phone calls we smoothly. Had some issues talking to Charlie though who was finance guy. I had to work with Jamie for financial process who is not expert in it and had him to communicate with manager to get answers, which took times. More
