Car buying is always so stressful, but Mike and Tran were so helpful and let us decide on our purchase - they answered any questions we had. Tran worked really hard with us in customizing our warranty choices. We are not an easy sell. We always feel like we get the short end of the stick when we buy a car, but truly, today, Bredemann Toyota changed our view on dealerships because they employ such customer service, customer friendly people. Paul Costouros helped me purchase my car and did a great job of making sure I got the car that was right for me. I'd called in advance and talked with him about what I was seeking and my budget. When I got to the dealership, he had pulled 3 cars for me to test drive. Each car fit my needs and $. All I had to do was pick which color I liked best! He guided me thru the process to sell my old car and the purchase of a new one. Paul didn't give me a runaround on negotiation like I've experienced with other dealerships. The transaction was professional and courteous. My best car buying experience ever. I'll be back!! Also - the car service area is good. I do not believe that a numeric score can reflect the competence of this dealership. They were concerned with the entire process from vehicle selection, financing, pricing and delivering a top flight pro competence of this dealership. Yes, this is a business but when you leave after purchasing a car and can say as a customer that they could not have done anything more or that as a customer that you could not ask for more, the purchasing of a vehicle was a unique experience. This was unique and I hope that when my relatives become customers they have the same experience. More

The work is completed on time, on budget and his team goes out of their way to make sure the vehicle looks twice as good coming out as it did going in. Last week I traded in my old vehicle for a newer model Camry and worked with Frank Liskovec. He was incredibly friendly and affable without resorting to any pressure tactics or shady moves. I appreciated his experience, willingness to listen to what I really wanted and overall patience with my novice questions about leasing. He made the experience very easy. There were NO unpleasant surprises and he was prompt and thorough in explaining each step of the process and my various options at each point. Made the entire experience painless and fast. If you're looking for a Toyota (or one of their other brands) you owe it to yourself ot check them out. More
Well my wife needed a new car ,our old car 13 years old but still running great a japanense made car.We had to remind ourselves that for us buying a new car at a dealer is not so nice,the haggle of the pri but still running great a japanense made car.We had to remind ourselves that for us buying a new car at a dealer is not so nice,the haggle of the price the interset rate to fiance .first we went to a dealer toyota 7200 north near chicago.i wont mention name.we went in with the so called internet price they sent me email.the saleman looked at me (that certain way you know ,or feel he is going to scam you)and a knew (here we go,the hard sell)wasted almost 1 hour 30 minutes.told us the price given was only for new college grad and if had military service recently.That if not price on internet would be higher.then tried the old why not buy this demo model here.Of course prior to that they have you sitting waiting while he walks around really doing nothing,perhaps to test your psychological strength,and wear you out so you buy anything to just get out of there.told him bye bye.we left. needless to say my wife was upset etc..... i thought of another dealer.near my home and yes!!!!!!toyota by luthern general hospital in park ridge.i sent email to yuri at BREDEMENN TOYOTA with request for a new toyota rav 4 a fair no haggle price,got the email the same day,i work nites ,an registered nurse(not at luthern general hospital .would be nice though its a great hospital)!!!....i went in at 9AM. DAN ROSEN met me at the door,offered me coffee,some small talk ,very pleasent.i was tired and waiting for the hard sell,so i was alittle nervous.I gave dan the internet email from YURI ,,he asked if i wanted to look around or test drive(OH NO THE DREADED TEST DRIVE!!!!!)i said no thanks the car is for my wife,he said ok.he asked for my info ,,i did want to fiance.he stepped away not ten minutes.with some papers.DAN ROSEN looks me in the eye with a normal smile etc.says.Well sir.(OH NO >>THE WELL SIR PHRASE!!).he says lets go over the car you want which was on the internet price...dan rosen says or questions me on the usual color options etc...YES YES!!! I say..dan rosen says good we have it here two miles on the car.asks about my downpayment.i cut a check for 3 thoosand dollars.he says oh no hold that for a MR>JESUS in fiancing.DAN tells me my credit score which was very high i most admit.DAN goes on to offer me extra stuff ,that i declined with no pressure at all ,i did buy spare key for car .though they give three..MR.jesus in fiancing took care of me within minutes ,also tried to sell extra car protection which i declined ,no pressure sale.I did get new car plates,given to me right there at the dealer and applied in place by DAN Rosen i am not kidding i was in and out of that dealership in less than one and a half hours!!!!!!!DAN ROSEN even drove it home for me while i drove home in my car!!!!!THE toyota was washed and cleaned full tank of gas,DAN explained all the electronic stuff the car does,bluetooth etc... i took the time to tell my story.so other could read and see ,this is car buying..no pressure no pain.no buyers remorse..if you go in prepared knowing the car you want.keep it simple like me.this is what car buying should be.DAN ROSEN YURI.and MR.Jesus in fiancing.thank you again...i went in with what i wanted .i did my homework first.i gave the paper with the internet price.and yes it was a great price.i thought it was a low ball price to get me in the dealership.but it was the price i new was really good.and to topit off..i got the zero interest 60 months!!!!sweet!!!!! anyway that you again.peace joe quintana rn. norridge il More
