Horrible treatment to employees in front of customers during customers service appointment . Very Unprofessional will not come back. I worked with Bridgette Berrio, during my service everything that I thought had gone well just came out to be longer than expected I came in for a SYNTHETIC oil change and I left disappointed with my service. While I was getting my payment processed the kind cashiers made my experience better they helped me out with my billing. They came across an issue of not being able to locate my keys kept checking no luck. Went ahead and asked Bridgette if there was some sort of miss communication the look that was given to the cashiers and response was unbelievable horrible attitude for one simple sweet question. The cashier that was helping me out looked fed up with the responses that were getting given to her. No blame to her at all it gets overwhelming when someone’s job isn’t being done right, leaving others to do someone else’s work. To me that’s horrible not even a little bit of help was given Bridgette stayed doing what she was doing and left them with her responsibility of her own work. Treating other employees rudely infront of a customer just does not sit right with me. More
