I am very sorry you felt I was rude, it certainly wasn’t my intention. Two people can disagree about something without being sarcastic or rude and if I came off that way, my deepest apologies. I felt frustrated when we ended our thirty minute phone call. You must have been equally or more frustrated because you had just spent 15 minutes talking to my office manager before our call. I wasn’t understanding your thoughts about how we caused any of your banking problems and I know you weren’t getting what I was trying to say either. I still stand by my feelings that your personal banking business has nothing to with me or our company. That being said, my partners and I would be happy to help you out as a member of our community with the expenses you incurred. We donate to hundred of local worthy causes every year and somebody in need is as important. I am more than willing to discuss this again with you at any time. I owned up to my end -- my response was caused by your bank depositing again and Sue not giving me a heads up that that is something that most likely would happen. I paid for my mistake, paying you an extra $30.00 for the initial inconvenience. Then I paid for your mistake, which was allowing the check to go through again; having to pay another $30.00. I trust you are pleased with yourself over a mere $30.00. You just lost a customer, whom lives within your community, and you lost a positive response rating. I hope you remember from this point forward -- I don't care who you are or where you came from -- you are never too important to be empathetic and kind to someone. Bullying is not becomming for anyone.

I am sorry you feel that I am now bullying you. Again it wasn’t my intention, but if you feel that way, I am truly sorry. For the record, you didn’t pay me (us) an extra $30 for the “initial inconvenience”. All the $30 charges came from and are paid to your bank. You eventually paid us the amount of your repair, not a penny more. Again our offer to help as a person in need still stands. If you’d like to talk, my number is 802-251-1000 extension 110.
