The service rep was very pleasant. The problem was with the estimate for repairs. All items were listed as if that was the only thing being done to say each wheel and “billed” as such. We purchased our 2013 Forester from this dealership new and have always had all scheduled maintenance and repairs done there. There has been an attitude change over the last couple of years with question of honesty in need and cost of work to be done. My wife and I were told multiple times to not do the repairs and buy a new car. Put the repair expense toward a new car. Our car just turned 100,000 miles. We I mentioned they had few new cars she said oh, you can order one. Exchange their. Quote of over $4000 for a $30,000+ car. We had most of the repairs they said needed to be done by a highly respected repair facility for $1300. We have lost trust in Brattleboro Subaru and feel betrayed after so many years of being loyal to them. Bob Trier More

I was happy that my car was ready for pickup on time. Brattleboro Subaru brought me home after I dropped off the car and then picked me up when the car was ready. My only complaint was that the bill was nearly 1700 and the charges for parts and labor were not explained sufficiently. The print out I was given was impossible to make any sense out of. I was told ahead of time what the charges would be and that is good but I should have been given an itemized list of all the charges. More
