I thought that I had scheduled a service appointment online, but apparently did not complete the process. So when I showed up, the service advisor explained that I was not on the schedule and that they online, but apparently did not complete the process. I explained that I had driven 50 miles from home and that my state inspection expired in a couple of days. Jordon said that he would speak to his manager. My situation was resolved by agreeing to perform my scheduled service and provide me with a loaner for the day which I declined. Within 2 1/2 hours, my service was complete and I was on my way home. Every appropriate business could use a service adviser like Jordon who is understanding, diplomatic and thoughtful. He went the extra mile for me! More

Great service and was particularly gratified that Amanda was able to fit us in expeditiously when a change in our family’s schedule meant we had to be out of town on the day of our scheduled appointment.
