I am very appreciative of the loaner car availability as I have to be at work at 7. I did mention that I thought I had an issue with my back wiper motor and was disappointed that a second was needed to get I have to be at work at 7. I came in to get car keys re-programmed, including a replacement key. I found the process confusing and expensive (even with buying the replacement fob on line). The two parts department employees were helpful when I stopped a few days before to learn how to go about the reprogramming. When I came in for the reprogramming, I was not told the car would undergo an inspection (for potential service) and I found it intrusive to be informed that a checkover was done and that I needed a few new items, especially when called "My Dear" twice by the woman service assistant. Let's save that phrase for my great aunts. Also, I had to return to service because one step of the process was not completed. I did appreciate the complimentary reset of the clock in my car, More
