Jordan was Excellent as always. The entire Service Department is Excellent in Brattleboro. Service was estimated at 3 hours and only took 2! I’ve brought my Subaru back three times for service. Every time something bad has happened to it. Between the mechanic backing a another vehicle into my brand new car to forgetting to properly balancing Every time something bad has happened to it. Between the mechanic backing a another vehicle into my brand new car to forgetting to properly balancing my tires, making a mess when doing doing an oil change and this last time messing up my tps after rotating my towers during an annual service. I’ll be bringing my car to a different Subaru dealership for service. More

Morgan was so wonderfully helpful when my tire went flat 500 miles from home! I raved about the service team so much that my best friend's Mom drove up from Massachusetts to buy her new Subaru in Brattlebor 500 miles from home!
