Then yesterday one of their sales people I had worked with, Nick Restrepo drove the vehicle down from Brandon to Port Charlotte and we finalized the deal in the comfort of my own home. Nick is an absolute 5* gentleman and would positively do business again with he and the dealer after making all 100% right. Thanks again. More

They have since changed ownerships and no one is getting back to me with questions I have with a lease I turned in! They are dishonest and now I ended up with a huge bill from Nissan on a lease I turned in. Again, run for the hills and don’t get a vehicle here. You’ll be sorry you did. More

I had to drive home (30 minutes) and get my receipt. When I returned all I got from parts department was attitude so I decide to let the management in the sales area know. He was rude and dismissive. I own two nissans but this has turned me off completely. I absolutely do not recommend this service/parts department or sales area. Find another place!!! More

They promised the car was througly inspected and the sales guy(brandon garcia) was raving about there 162 point inspection and no hassle worry free buying experience. Fast forward to 11/21/2018, received a recall notice from Honda so took the car to a Honda dealership for airbag replacement. The dealership found 6 different issues with the car that should have been disclosed by Autonation Brandon since they did the 152 point inspection. Very disappointed with the overall service from them as well. The Bluetooth headphones werent working and i foud they on day 6. Emailed the sales guy and he said to buy them from amazon. Please buy a certified car if you can. I learned my lesson. Never stepping foot in autonation again. More
The Best This review may be a little lengthy, but well deserved for this dealership. I have dealt with many dealerships over 20 years and have owned many vehicles in that time and have had basic customer service. I have felt in the past that during the car buying procedure they are great but the after experience is always disappointing. As if they have gotten your business and so not care to maintain any kind of relationship with the customer. After having some recent problems with my credit I was reluctant to head to any dealer with fear of the way I would be treated, And then I came to AutoNation in Brandon. We were greeted timely upon arrival and not hounded as soon as we got on the lot. Ron Messick was amazing. Laid back, honest and realistic. As he navigated thru the options and the best match for me, it was never felt to be rushed. I picked a great deal of a certified vehicle and was impressed by the price for the mileage and condition of the vehicle. Professional and humble, Ron guided us through the procedure of buying the car. Thank you Ron, you truly made this a wonderful experience. Then we are greeted by Mark, the "get it done" man. He was top notch. You could honestly tell that he runs around that dealership making sure he can do what needs to be done for the customer. He worked to make this deal and without haggling or "nickle and diming" the deal. I told him my budget, and he made sure he stayed within that range. Within a short time, he got our answers and made the deal a reality. Thank you Mark, I truly trusted you. Then the next man, Moises, I need to thank and apologize. I gave him a run for his money because my time on that particular day was limited. He was professional, thorough and tried everything he could to stay within my range. He succeeded. I was offered a package I could not deny on a vehicle I could not walk away from. Thank you Moises for your professionalism, even though I was a little testy. LOL. In summary, I write reviews to help the general public get the best service by a company. I also write reviews so that the companies who employ these type of individuals can be appreciative of the people they employ. I believe, if you take care of your employees, they will take care of the customers. That was certainly the case here. AutoNation needs to be aware of the employees that make them outstanding and whom the public can trust. I am thoroughly happy with my purchase, my terms and the way we were treated. I received an email that stated "Welcome to the family" and I think that pretty much summarizes how we were treated. If there were others involved behind the scenes that I was not aware of, they need to be thanked as well. Truly place where your business matters and they strive to make the customer happy. I will be a life long customer and will recommend them to all I know in the car buying mode. Thank you AutoNation, I am very happy and grateful More

total waste of time I went to Autonation Nissan to buy a used truck. The salesman was nice and then ran into the arrogant know it all Manager Lin P Poissonnier. He walked I went to Autonation Nissan to buy a used truck. The salesman was nice and then ran into the arrogant know it all Manager Lin P Poissonnier. He walked me around my trade in to point out everything that was wrong with it. Then he makes you wait an hour to tell you what he thinks its worth. I have been in the Automobile business for 18years selling cars. He states he puts pictures on line to see who is the highest bidder and that is how he estimates what it is worth. I went to 2 competitors before I drove their. The 2 other dealers pulled up my car on what they were going through the Mannheim action and it was around 6000.00. He said it was only worth 4400.00. and wouldn't discount his car a penny. I will never go back to an Autonation dealership again. This guy will try to steal your trade.. Remember folks you need to ask the dealer what the ACV= Actual cash value is on your trade, not a difference figure meaning you want to know what your trade is worth and how much the dealership is discounting the car you want to purchase. If you are interested in a Nissan go to see Sean Ginley the manager at Maus Nissan. Good christian Manager. More
