My Husband and I received excellent customer service from the minute we walked in the door. We had been shopping for a vehicle for 3 months. We stopped by the Nissan dealership to test drive a few vehicles the minute we walked in the door. We had been shopping for a vehicle for 3 months. We stopped by the Nissan dealership to test drive a few vehicles before heading home to do some final research. To our surprise we met a sales person named Lindsey McCaw who made us feel right at home. She treated us very well. We never felt any pressure from her and she gave us her undivided attention. We purchased the 2011 Cube that night. We were the last customer there that night. By the time we left it was after midnight. Autoway Nissan of Brandon went above and beyond to make the deal happen. I want to commend Walt in Finance, Lindsey in sales and whatever the guys name was that detail my car that night. Since the purchase of our new Cube, we have really enjoyed it. We had a couple of things that needed to be completed after the sale. I'm gonna just make this short and say Lindsey McCaw and the Autoway dealership jumped through hoops to take care of our needs. Made appt with salesperson, was early and he was available and eager to assist us. We explained what it would take for us to buy the vehicle and he worked very hard to meet our expectations, and in available and eager to assist us. I started my car search Christmas night after seeing a TV commercial for the Nissan Juke! I had to have it (Grey exterior/Red interior - no exceptions), caught the fever! I initially went to Edmunds.com, t commercial for the Nissan Juke! I had to have it (Grey exterior/Red interior - no exceptions), caught the fever! I initially went to Edmunds.com, then to KBB.com and stumbled on Autoway Nissans website a week into my search. The vehicle (color and options) were difficult to locate; I was told by several dealerships in the area that the vehicle simply wasn’t available in Florida. Finally caught a break from a dealer in Tampa (Autoway Nissan) who had the Juke (color and options) on display in the Brandon Towne Center (local mall). The Juke was finally mine, but now came the fun part (the negotiations). Picture it 9:00’ish PM on Monday Jan 3rd, final day of the Year-end Sales Event, the dealer immediately cut the price to Invoice $22,389.00 (Great Price range according to TrueCar). Final negotiated price was un $20K (Sticker Price $25,277)! I was so paranoid about buying a new car, especially one that has ZERO shelf life at the dealership, but thanks to the friendly staff, a brother-in-law to calm me, and to TrueCar I knew that I had a great deal with a trusted dealership! My wife and I needed to replace our aging Sienna minivan, and after lots of online research we went to Autoway Nissan of Brandon. We found the 2008 Outlander to be just as it said on the website and pictures. Howard Hopkins was our sales person, and I must be honest and tell you that he was 100% great to deal with. My wife and I appreciated how professionally he handled the final negotiations, etc. Although it always seems to take a long time to buy a car at a dealership, this actually turned out to be a fun experience. When a few days later we had to drive across Florida on a family emergency, it really paid off to have bought the great suv they sold us.
