We worked out a deal over the internet for a new car and the value of our trade. We drove an hour to the dealer and when we arrived the numbers were completely different than what we had negotiated online. the value of our trade. They wouldn't honor the prices we had previously spoken about, even though we brought printouts of our e-mail conversations. Wasted an hour drive and 2-3 hours of time. Stay away from these guys.
