My experience at Brandon Nissan was one of the very best experiences when deciding to buy a new car (and I bought a few in my lifetime). The reason I say that is because, Lindsey, who directly worked with experiences when deciding to buy a new car (and I bought a few in my lifetime). The reason I say that is because, Lindsey, who directly worked with me, first and foremost, tried to get to know me, my personality, my taste and my disposition. She immediately knew (or sensed)what kind of a car would make me happy -- from the color to the style...She took her time, she was very courteous and personable, yet EXTREMELY professional. After she showed me one car and after talking with me a little, she knew the car she showed me at first was not really what I was looking for. She then brought another (the second one I looked at) and I immediately fell in love with it. Lindsey knew that...because after talking to me, she knew what I would like. I didn't even want to look at another car because she made the right choice for me and that's unusual because I am very picky! During the whole process, she made me feel very comfortable, I did not feel pressured and felt good about making my decision. Chris Trotti and Jason Whidden were also extremely kind and helpful. They both made sure I was happy every step of the way. They knew my budget and they worked very hard to get me in a car which I will be happy with and within my budget. Woody (can't remember his last name) also was very courteous and helped me through all the signings of contract and many other documents. He did this as smooth as he can and it all went very well. I am very happy with my purchase and with the way I was treated at Brandon Nissan. I would definitely go back if I need to purchase another vehicle. I had an excellent experience with Autoway Nissan of Brandon. This was my third Nissan purchase and I walked away with a loaded 2011 Nissan Altima. Moises Santos, my sales person provided me with severa Brandon. This was my third Nissan purchase and I walked away with a loaded 2011 Nissan Altima. Moises Santos, my sales person provided me with several vehicle options in the Altima model and was very helpful in the finance process as well. The dealership and I were able to come a number that I was very happy with including warranties. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. I had a very enjoyable experience and plan on returning in a couple of years to purchase from them again. More

I had already decided what vehicle I wanted and had already received a price from Jenkins Nissan, when I got to Jenkins however they had "sold" the vehicle. I called Phil and told him exactly what I was looking for and with 2 phone calls and a couple of e-mails in a very short space of time he met my needs. The quality of a good sales person is to listen to your customers needs and also to interpret their personality, Phil could see that I wasn't up for a long drawn out process and could probably see I was frustrated from another dealer. In the proverbial sense he "turned my frown upside down" and I left with a beautiful new car. More

Never any pressure that I've experienced with other dealerships and always a comfortable and modern atmosphere. Service has been timely and my vehicle is perfect when done. I love nissans and everytime I get a new car from them I always leave happy. My 2nd car was an altima and I loved the car thanks to Scott Poth. Now this year I turned in my car to get a new Rouge and both Scott and Mike made it Happen!! These guys are so good at what they do! They actually take the time and make sure that you leave happy with what you bought, and not only that, they follow up after a week to make sure you love your car. We test drove the car with Frank one afternoon and he told us about the Costco program when we said we were going over there on our way home. Since we live in Bradenton I decided to contact a local deal told us about the Costco program when we said we were going over there on our way home. Since we live in Bradenton I decided to contact a local dealer and take another look. I was not comfortable dealing with them and did not like the games they played. My husband called them when I got home to say we were serious about buying the Murano and asked for the new car price and trade in price. They were high so we passed. My husband contacted James by email and told him what we wanted and what we had to trade and showed him what we thought was the best value for the new and trade in. They did not have the car so he dealer traded for the car we wanted. We agreed on the purchase price and trade in price by email. When we got there the car was waiting and after introductions we did the paper work, got an introduction to the car and how everything worked and it was easy as that. Mike W wa upfront from the start. Helped me pick the right vehicle. When it was time for numbers, he showed me everything up front, even what the taxes were. Very polite, and knew his stuff.
