I really, really hate car shopping, so it took me by surprise that I actually enjoyed my experience at Autoway Nissan in Brandon. Linny was a very attentive, pleasant, personable sales person who patiently showed me several cars that I was interested in. After settling on a new Versa, I was bracing for the part I dread the most - the negotiation! Much to my relief, this went smoothly and quickly, and there was no "mysterious man behind the curtain" that makes you wait for a half-hour or more, only to come at you with bad news on your trade-in, or a list of the many reasons why this particular sale wasn't applicable to you. Not at Autoway -- I was presented with a great offer, the trade-in amount I requested, and with no fuss and no muss. Linny, and the other staff with whom I interacted were all polite, friendly, and helpful. And there's no question that Nissan makes a great line of cars. Keep us the good work Autoway - I'll be referring friends! More

Date of my service was August 17, 2012 and I would like to inform you that you have employees that lie to their customers. I went in for an oil change and a tire rotation. Upon completion, I was informed b to inform you that you have employees that lie to their customers. I went in for an oil change and a tire rotation. Upon completion, I was informed by the service advisor that services were done on my vehicle. Before leaving the shop, I confirmed with the advisor that the tires were rotated and his response was yes they were. When I got to my car I check my tires and they were not rotated. I went back to the advisor and told him that the tires were not rotated. He insisted they were. I asked him to come out with me to the car and I informed him that I marked my tires before taking the car to them. So the tires were not rotated. He apologized and said that the technician had not done his work. The technician took the car and had the tires rotated. Also, I don't know the technician's name but he is very rude and unprofessional. He lies and then has the nerve to take my car, rotate the tires and bring the car back, leave it far away, leaves the car door wide open and does not let me know it was done. Did not have the courtesy to look me in the face and tell me my car was done. This is very unprofessional workmanship on your part and I am very disappointed. What is to say that when I take my car in for an oil change it is done. Maybe I will need to start marking my oil filter for verfication as well. Regards, Armando Santiago More

We met Bill and he was extremly friendly to my wife and myself!! He was able to answer all of our questions and was able to keep up with my wifes questions (as she asked most of them at a rapid fire rate!! myself!! I just purchased a 2013 Altima from AutoWay Nissan of Brandon. I have never owned any Nissan product before so I was apprehensive about my first purchase, even after a lot of research. I met with Kev Brandon. I have never owned any Nissan product before so I was apprehensive about my first purchase, even after a lot of research. I met with Kevin Slane and discussed with him my preferences and asked what Nissan had to offer. I was also concerned with how the dealer would be treating me after the sale. Kevin was very patient with me and answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. After taking a test drive I was sold on the Altima. Kevin walked me through the purchase without pushing at all. I also met with Jim Drews, the General Sales Manager who put me at ease about how they care for their customers after the sale. I was very satisfied with the price quoted for the new car and also the trade-in value. Overall, I feel that it was a very good experiene in what sometimes can be a trying one. I expect the service department to be at least as good as the sales. I will report on my service experience at the proper time. More
When I parked I was approached by a rude, inconsiderate jerk and almost didn't walk inside, but I had an appointment with the Costco-Salesperson already set-up. Luckily, she was very different from the jerk who didn't let me get out of my car to begin with (horrible over powering cologne, rude, and way too pushy to approach me that quickly). Linny was the best salesperson I have ever made a deal with. I wasn't even going to buy the car because I didn't think I could afford it. Between her and Lindsey (the finance person) they made me a deal I couldn't refuse. Also, they met int he middle with some of the other packages that were rather necessary that I was willing to go without. I didn't think it could get better but then, when they detailed my car there were areas that the paint wasn't flawless for a new car and they didn't vacuum it out completely and left leaves in the back. Instead of having to point these flaws out Linny noticed them and already had me setting up another appointment since I couldn't stay that day. I hope their service department is just as great as Linny! What a wonderful, pleasant person that I would love to sales with in the future. More
