I have shopped a lot of places and have never dealt with a place that pleased me more. I worked with Linny and she truly knows her product. She also was very friendly and cared about me. Mr Guadalupe and the GM, Jim Drews were more than accomodating to all my request and we were able to come to a mutual agreement on price rather quickly. Eddie is a super sales person! The car had to be brought in from Jacksonville to meet my color needs. I got all the extra's that I requested and feel like I received the best deal possible. I would recommend both Eddie and Jim to anyone who may be in the hunt for a new Nissan. More

I really, really hate car shopping, so it took me by surprise that I actually enjoyed my experience at Autoway Nissan in Brandon. Linny was a very attentive, pleasant, personable sales person who patiently showed me several cars that I was interested in. After settling on a new Versa, I was bracing for the part I dread the most - the negotiation! Much to my relief, this went smoothly and quickly, and there was no "mysterious man behind the curtain" that makes you wait for a half-hour or more, only to come at you with bad news on your trade-in, or a list of the many reasons why this particular sale wasn't applicable to you. Not at Autoway -- I was presented with a great offer, the trade-in amount I requested, and with no fuss and no muss. Linny, and the other staff with whom I interacted were all polite, friendly, and helpful. And there's no question that Nissan makes a great line of cars. Keep us the good work Autoway - I'll be referring friends! More

Date of my service was August 17, 2012 and I would like to inform you that you have employees that lie to their customers. I went in for an oil change and a tire rotation. Upon completion, I was informed b to inform you that you have employees that lie to their customers. I went in for an oil change and a tire rotation. Upon completion, I was informed by the service advisor that services were done on my vehicle. Before leaving the shop, I confirmed with the advisor that the tires were rotated and his response was yes they were. When I got to my car I check my tires and they were not rotated. I went back to the advisor and told him that the tires were not rotated. He insisted they were. I asked him to come out with me to the car and I informed him that I marked my tires before taking the car to them. So the tires were not rotated. He apologized and said that the technician had not done his work. The technician took the car and had the tires rotated. Also, I don't know the technician's name but he is very rude and unprofessional. He lies and then has the nerve to take my car, rotate the tires and bring the car back, leave it far away, leaves the car door wide open and does not let me know it was done. Did not have the courtesy to look me in the face and tell me my car was done. This is very unprofessional workmanship on your part and I am very disappointed. What is to say that when I take my car in for an oil change it is done. Maybe I will need to start marking my oil filter for verfication as well. Regards, Armando Santiago More
