Every time we were there when greeted by a sales person upon telling them we were there looking for someone else. They would personally walk us inside, open the door for us and find that sales person for us. Normally at other dealers the sales person would just say we can find them inside and look away. We bought a SUV clearly out of my wife’s and my league of technology knowledge. Our sales person Tommy Shelly spent a lot of time teaching us how to use it and work all the stuff this thing can do. That was the standout service that we needed. They will definitely have our future business. More

After waiting over 30 minutes, I slowly walked out of the show room where he told me to wait without a single employee saying a word to me. Extremely disappointed as I was ready to drive away with my next FORD truck!! Guess my money wasn’t good enough. More

When I arrived the salesman said he was busy so they sent someone else and he took me to the used mustangs an it was not there. Goes back an says it is in other lot an he would go get it. After 20 minutes I spot him and says he was busy an puts me with another salesman who takes to other lot to tell car is not there but being inspected. Would trust this dealership at all people BEWARE! More
