Making appointment online was confusing in that it only showed one opening; nothing in the future. I had to call dealer to clarify appointment. No one greeted me in the service drive-up so I went insi showed one opening; nothing in the future. I had to call dealer to clarify appointment. No one greeted me in the service drive-up so I went inside the service office to find someone. I chose to wait in the customer lounge given the service should take about an hour. Seating was almost full at first but eventually I was by myself. Upon leaving I noticed the "next service reminder" sticker on the windshield had a mileage beyond 20,000 miles of the car's current odometer. I went back into the service office to question this and a new correct mileage sticker was provided. I checked the car over at home and found no issues with the service performed. More
Staff was friendly and efficient. I have no problems making my service appointment. I know when my Edge goes into the service area it is going to get the service it needs and it will be inspected for anything that may need attention. I must say that my last visit with service was much much better than before. We had bought a used car from Bradley Ford, have had to have it in a few times, before and had to deal Terry who was useless, so better than before. I must say Brandy make it so much more easy to get this problem taken care of. She made it go very smooth and kept in touch with me throughout the whole thing. I give her 5 stars. Great job!! More
