Service Department is very good. Our salesman, Fred, was awesome! However, the finance department, a little different Financing of their choice fell through. We got a BETTER auto loan ourselves and finance guy balked at us having been approved through Bank of America because BofA wasn’t on their list. Until he checked their list We had to ask for a carfax, which was quickly supplied. In reviewing that, we found a recall that hadn’t yet been done, on our use car. Wa asked about the recall and it got quickly scheduled and completed. We have paid for the extended warranty, on the car, finish and interior, ank key fob. Yet to receive any details on the warranties; even the remaining factory warranty. Do we get documentation mailed or do we need to go back to the dealership to get? More
