We were not looking to buy a vehicle when we saw a used Pick Up truck on the lot as we visited Gander Mountain. Steve was professional, courteous and listened to our needs, gathering the facts to ensure the truck had the capacity to tow our horses and trailer, prior to our visiting the sales offices. Steve and Chris presented the material in a concise, professional manner. Maintaining a friendly atmoshere with offers reflecting flexibility to purchase the truck; cash, bank or dealer fianancing. Thier knowledge of a Chevrolet Truck on a Ford lot was commendable - With a confidence to say "I don't know but will provide for you" which occured when questioned about gas mileage etc... They provided privacy and space for my husband and I to discuss our options without feeling pressured in any way, an issue we have seen with other dealers in our years of buying automobiles. Once the decision was made to purchase the vehicle, AJ stepped in with a quiet, professional demeanor - completing the paperwork and closing the deal in record time. Checking back with me as we waited to complete the transaction. The truck came with a 30 day warranty - Two days after purchasing the truck it broke down on Phillips Highway (error code reflected Throttle Body issues). Chris was quick to respond, schedule service and follow up with all parties to repair as qucikly as possible. The service department was exceptional - taking in a Chevy Truck and completeing the repairs in one day with replacing the throttle body and correcting the door sensor issue which the truck had when purchased. All round - Buying a Truck from Bozard Ford was a pleasant experience. This is the 2nd used vehicle we have purchased from Bozard, With this experience - we'll be back.
