My husband John and I came to the dealership to test-drive a new 2012 Ford Explorer with NO INTENTION of buying. Randy brought the car around and took us for a test drive. With my husband and I both being somewhat young (late twenties), we are often overlooked when we go to car dealerships, and are not taken as serious prospects because many Sales Reps assume we aren't going to/do not have enough money to buy. When we walked into Bozard Ford, we were treated as equals and taken very seriously. Randy spent time with us, asked us what we were looking for in a car, what options/features we wanted and color. He was the epitome of professional and courteous and was NOT pushy. When we test drove the car, he sat in the backseat and answered any questions we had. He then made a point to have me drive it, even though we would be buying the car primarily for my husband. He respected that I should equally like a vehicle that we were going to buy. When we went back in the dealership to leave. Randy asked us what he could do to have us walk out with the car tonight. My husband and I chuckled, stating we had not even calculated numbers yet and were six months out from purchasing a new vehicle. Randy kindly asked if he could just show us some numbers. My husband and I sat patiently as he worked on the deal with Thom, general sales manager. After a few rounds of numbers, an exceptional trade-in value for our current car, and the lowest interest rate possible (unpublished rate) we were almost sold on this car we had no intentions of buying. I explained to Thom, we were still at the very top of our price range and had told him the payment was still a little high. My husband and I were still greatly contemplating the deal, and Thom came back with a final number and payment that were lower than we had ever anticipated for such a great car. We were instantly sold and I was extremely satisfied with deal we had made. Thom had understood the principles behind making a good deal, and for me, that was walking away with no regret...My husband and I were completely satisfied. The dealership stayed open until 10:30p.m. and kept their finance manager there to ensue everything was handled that night. They all waited patiently, never pushed us, and never gave up just to get home. There were NO hidden fees. The financing process was efficient, easy, and painless as possible. They helped us clean out our old car, changed the plates, and had our new registration ready. My husband and I went home with smiles glued to our faces and were truly satisfied with the purchase we had made. Randy told John to come back in the morning (Saturday) and they would have the car detailed and go over all the features. I woke up the next morning and being in FL, realized there was not a dark enough tint on the windows. I was upset but was still so happy we got the car that I said we would just have to live with it for awhile since we had spent so much money. John went to the dealership the next morning to get the car cleaned and learn about the features. Randy and Thom asked him if he was still completely satisfied. He said yes and then explained that I was upset the tinting was not darker. Immediately, Randy and Thom provided John with a slip for complimentary window tinting to be done that week. John came home and told me the great news, the car was spotless and John had a full understanding of all the wonderful benefits this car had to offer. That Monday John called insurance to tell them about the new car and to start the process for a new insurance card. The dealership had already called that morning and everything was being processed. There was no work to be done for my husband and I. All weekend, John and I had been looking at all weather mats, and a cargo liner online. I was doing some shopping close to the dealership and decided to stop in. (Thom and Randy are so friendly, I thought it would be nice to see them as well and thank them for the tinting). It was a horribly rainy day and my husband has a job that requires him to transport a lot of produce and other food items that can spill. I walked into the dealership and was immediately greeted by Thom and Randy. I asked them if they could help with the purchasing of some all weather mats and a cargo liner for our vehicle. Randy went to see if parts was opened and then Thom went to his office and came out with mats. He asked me where my car was, opened the doors, pulled out the existing mats and put the all weather mats in their place. I asked how much they were and they smiled and said, "Enjoy." They told me to come back next week Mon-Fri to speak with John about ordering my cargo liner and that he would be glad to help us. Only being in our late twenties, for good and bad circumstances, I, personally am on my fourth new car and my husband is on his third new car. I have been invlolved in the negotiations and dealing of all the cars and have NEVER had the experience I have had at Bozard Ford. It was the most gratifying, exceptional, and friendliest dealing process I have ever had. Thom, Randy, and the entire staff were great to deal with and my husband and I look forward to coming by just to visit. We have personally recommended Bozard as a whole to our friends and neighbors and specifically have told them to work with Thom and Randy. I expect you will see referrals coming in from us shortly, and John and I look forward to working with Thom and Randy on this purchase and any other new cars we may get in the future. We went there in the firs place only looking for option, we were not really have any rush to change our truck but my husband and I have talked about it as a possibility. Eric was very helpful and showed he didn't forget about us with follow up call, not too many so I knew he was looking for truck that fits our needs. Two weeks later he had several options and we walked out with a really nice truck and we are happy about it. The only thing I am worried about is that, it has been 2 weeks now and my old loan has not been paid off yet and I will not be responsible if the payoff amount is higher now. The downpayment check was just cashed 2 days ago. More

These people were extremely accomidating for my wife and I . I am disabled and pretty much housebound and they went above and beyond to help us . We worked out our deal , and they even came to my house and evaluated my trades . They brought the new truck with them then and let my wife take it for a test drive . After we worked out all the details and figures , they delivered the brand new F-150 to our front door! I can't say enough about how great these guys were in our car buying experience . I dropped by the dealership and walked to the vehicle I wanted to check out. While sitting in the truck someone came over and was obviously trying to be as non intrusive as possible. Eric Pitts let me know right up front that he was not trying to pressure me and did not want me feeling uncomfortable at all. He stated that he was there if and when I had a question or need. It was the best sales approach I have ever experienced. I quickly knew the truck I was looking at was not what I needed. Eric politely asked me what I was looking for and I was immediately refreshed and comfortable in giving him my story and telling him my needs. Eric was very thoughtful in every way including trying to find the vehicle I had described to him. He suggested checking out another that was newer and filled my requirements even better than I was expecting. The funny any amazing thing about this truck was that it was way over my budget and I knew it. We ran the numbers and I rejected it out of necessity. Not because I didn't want or couldn't use this truck but because I really could not afford it. But guess what? I'm driving that very truck today and I feel like I came out way ahead on this transaction. They made it so sweet and affordable that I would have been a fool to not take it. That's how hard they worked at making the truck I dearly needed a reality. Unbelievable!!! Eric you are a genuine and honorable man.
