I needed a truck, mine died on the side of the road. I stopped by about a year to year and a half ago and looked at a used truck on the lot and talked to Tom but never did anything. I had been looking online for a couple of months to see what was out there. I came in on Tuesday morning and asked for Tom and he actually remembered me from my earlier visit. He brought up the truck I was interested in, I drove it and liked it and he and AJ made the deal happen. Tom even took the time to drive to my wife's office so she could sign the paperwork and I could leave her car with her so she had a ride home. it was hands down the best experience I ever had buying an automobile. We came in to the dealership looking for a specific model (Focus). After the test drive, it wasn't exactly what we wanted. The new 2013 Escape caught our eye and we test drove it. We were impressed, but we were very particular with the color and equipment we wanted (which the dealer did not have). Eric and George worked very well together to work with us. They asked us if they could find the Escape with the equipment we wanted, get it to their dealership, and they gave us a good price, would we consider buying it. We liked the Escape so much, that we said yes. Well, they were able to locate the exact one we were looking for, they gave us a fair trade amount for our vehicle, gave us a great price on the Escape, and we bought it sight unseen with delivery expected two days later. It's hard to believe we bought a vehicle just from a piece of paper, but we felt great about it. It actually took three days to get it delivered, but we fell in love with it at first sight. We have bought several vehicles in our days, but we have never had a better, more easy going experience as we had at Bozard Ford.
