Our experience at Bozard Ford was very pleasant due to the attention of Luis Crespo. He walked us through buying our new Ford (the first Ford we ever had) with courtsey and professionalism. He was recommended to us by Dr. Wellington Morton who also had a very good experience with Luis. It was because of this recommendation we came to Bozard and asked for Luis. We give him a 5 in each category because of how we were treated. The car had to come from the Avenues and, because of the rain, it was delayed. Luis told us that he would bring the car to us in the morning. He came as was promised. It was a pleasure dealing with Luis and the rest of the staff. Jason was also very helpful in the transaction. I will say one thing about our experience with Bozard Ford Lincoln, (Spectacular). My wife and I have been new car shopping all over Daytona Beach, Palm Coast, New Smyrna Beach, and Orlando. We have been lied to so bad that it was unbelievable, I never understood how a Dealer Ship can advertise a car on the Internet for a certain price. And when you get excited about it and go down there, the cost is thousands of dollars more. That happened to us at a certain Dealer Ship. When we confronted them about it, they point blank said it was a marketing tool. When we was shopping at Bozard Ford, Luis Crespo was our Sales Man. He was de-finitely a straight shooter, never felt more comfortable and relaxed. He was on top of every aspect of the whole new car buying situation. Davie was wonderful. I had "feelers" out to dealerships in Alabama, Georgia, and in Flordia for a Ford Fusion. Several came back including one in Green Cove. They were not as responsive as Davi dealerships in Alabama, Georgia, and in Flordia for a Ford Fusion. Several came back including one in Green Cove.
