Please bear with me as this might be a little long, but my buying experience at Bozard was worth it and worth telling you about if you are planning on buying a Ford, especially at Bozard. I decided to stop at Bozard before heading south to a dealership that I had purchased 3 other Fords from in the past, as it turned out, I'm glad I did. As I walked on the lot, I was greeted by a salesman but not pounced on. After I found a truck that I was interested in, another salesman was fairly close and asked how I was doing and then asked if I needed any help, his name turned out to be Richard Reum and was part of Bozard’s fleet sales. I mentioned that I just stopped in to see what they had before heading to the other dealership that I had bought from in the past, he laughed and said, well you’re here and I want to earn your business. No high pressure, pretty cut and dry since I have the X plan where I work. He came back with a figure that I was pleased with and from there we moved onto my trade in. Honestly, this was where I thought we might have a difference in what my trade might be worth, after coming back with that figure, let’s just say I was pleased again, it was respectable and I wasn’t low balled on my trade, actually more than Kelley trade in value. About 2 hours later, I was driving away in a brand new F250 FX4 Super Cab. Richard held true to his word and has been awesome even after the sale, he picked the truck up from my place of employment about 2 weeks later and made all the arrangements to have a spray in bed liner installed and windows tinted since I work roughly 7 days a week and can be hard to take time off. Not too many salesmen will take their own time after a sale to do something like this. For this, I was very grateful. As for Bozard’s Service dept., I had to bring the truck in for a fluid level check about 2 weeks ago, with no appointment, they had the truck in a bay within about 10-15 minutes and about 15 minutes later, I was pulling out of the dealership, very satisfied again. So far, I can’t say enough good about Bozard here in St. Augustine, I’ve been extremely impressed by everyone I have dealt with and have bragged about the service I have gotten, mainly about my salesman going out of his way to make my life easier, if they keep this up, they will have earned a customer for life as long as I continue to live here in St. Augustine or surrounding area. I’m glad I gave Bozard a shot at my business, if you’re contemplating buying a Ford, give serious consideration to Bozard, I'm sure you will be just as happy and pleased as me. Christian Scott More

David was so kind to me while I was looking to buy a used Honda. He emailed me the information about the car that I became interested in while I was searching the internet for a car when I came across your Honda. I went to Bozard the next morning and was greeted by Anthony Cruzado who also very friendly and helpful. David rode with me on a test drive and he was so funny, helpful and kind. We went to talk about the price of the car and he said that they try to put prices on their cars as fair as possible so it can be almost a no haggle price. I've never heard of such a thing but after talking with my father and my older brother who are experts on buying cars and they concurred that it was a very fair price...then, I was sold! David invited me to come back on a day when I didn't have to be at work and he, TJ or Anthony would all be able to show me some of the features on this amazing vehicle so, I came back a couple of days later and as soon as I walked in TJ was coming out of his office, and when he saw me he came and talked wit me, we had a nice chat when he was going over my financing and my payment. He was very quick and precise about what I was paying for, what a kind man. Then David and Anthony taught me how to use some of the features on my Honda that I would have had a hard time figuring out and they made it so simple! Thank you all for making my car purchase a pleasurable one!! I was dreading it, but after meeting David, he was so helpful (and has a nice voice) and I felt like he really cared about the car that would help me that most and gave me the best deal he could! One of the best car buying experiences i have had. I came in without the husband a few times and was always greeted immediately and treated like a buyer ready to make a decision. Justin fisher was my primary salesperson, but when he knew I might be coming in when he was not there, he made sure I was greeted and promptly assisted by Tommie Hugee. After shopping several brands, I had narrowed my choices to three dealers and given each sales rep a ist of "criteria" saying first dealer who comes up with the care to meet this wish list, wins. Justin Fisher called me back within 30 minutes after I left the dealership, saying, I have your car. I went back to look and with the exception of the sunroof he was right. And that turned out well, becasue we got excellent service from Frank in the service department with a one-day turnaround on installing a sun-roof that I was delighted with. It's nice to be back in a Lincoln. Justin may be young, but he knows how to provide the kind of service that sells a car. I'd hang on to him if I were you! Lori Genk More

Tom Krell and Bryan Wilson have done it again! This is my second time buying from Bozard Ford and second time writing a review on them. And I have to say, they have out done them selves! The first time was back on September 1, 2012, I walked away with a little gem of a car. A 2005 Honda Civic in absolutely impeccable condition and very well priced. It was by far the best experience I've had buying a vehicle. From the respectful and attentive way they both treated my wife and I to how proud and excited Tom and Bryan were in recommending some of the best places to go in St. Augustine, FL. This time I found another gem in a 2009 Honda Accord EX-L (I love Hondas, no offense to Fords!). I emailed Tom late in the day Saturday about this car, and he responded right back, even though he was already at his home. We agreed to meet first thing on Sunday morning but I told Tom we only had about an hour and a half to be there because the wife and I had an event we needed to attend at 2:00PM. We arrived at 11:30AM, Tom quickly pulled up the car and again graciously allowed me to examine the car while he went to work on taking my trade and telling Bryan Wilson from Financial Services, to be ready for us and that we were pressed for time. Upon returning from the test drive (by the way, the car was awesome!), we sat with Bryan as he thoroughly presented the finance options and shortly after that we had everything approved and signed. By 2:00PM, my wife and I were arriving at our event on time and on our new car! Thanks to Tom and Bryan who went above and beyond to make sure my needs and concerns were met.
