The one thing that drives me away from car lots are salesmen who shadow you. Jim made the sale because he let me look at the vehicles while he went about his business until I was down to the 2 vehicles salesmen who shadow you. My husband and I were in need of another vehicle and were checking the preowned vehicles on multiple sites. I explained my poor credit history and what we were looking to keep our payments at and Eric assured me he could help. After two weeks of my putting Eric through an obsticle course (questions/cars/pricing/test driving) we finally settled on a car. I have to say that my husband and I have not dealt with a dealership in over 20+ years and we were nervous. Last Saturday night while having dinner with my brother in law and sister we told them that we were searching for a new truck and they immediately told us that we HAD to call Ricky Goodwin at Bozard. I asked them to text Ricky with our phone number and a few minutes later he called us. We scheduled a visit for the very next day with Ricky at 12:30 and left Bozard with a new Ford F150 truck later that afternoon! We cannot say enough good things about our experience there. Ricky asked us what our needs were and made his best recommendations for us. He was very up front and to the point. No games, no gimmicks, just gave it to us straight. We were upside down in the vehicle we brought in to trade so he suggested exactly what we needed to do to fix that problem. He told us what rebates we would qualify for as well as gave us a great price for our trade in. We felt very comfortable during the whole transaction and are thrilled with our new purchase. Jim Duran was helpful from the first phone call, and he didn't try to sell us a car that we couldn't afford. We told him what we could/would spend, and he helped us find the perfect fit. He did not pressure us to look at cars outside of our means, and he even helped to get us a deal on a car that may have otherwise been too expensive. We appreciated his honest, no-pressure approach to selling cars. It was also a pleasure working with AJ Miller to execute our paperwork and financing. He was friendly, organized and offered us the variety of warranties and add-ons without using pressure or scare tactics. He was honest about what he would personally buy for his own car, as well as what he didn't think was necessary. As in all business their are times when communication can be misunderstood and mistakes can be made. Having said that, many company's just do nothing and loose the customer and their business.
