After an unfortunate accident we were put into a position to replace a vehicle that was totaled out. This is my second F150 purchased from Bozard Ford. I can and will in good conscious refer my friends and family to Luis Crespo and Bob Hewit. The two gentlemen make a great team! Of course we have all experienced the awful, painful, cumbersome experience of buying a vehicle through a car dealer; Bozard is far from that type. Luis asked how he could he help me and I simply said I had researched a few trucks online and was interested in looking at them. Luis crabbed the keys and off we went. Luis did not try to pursue me to consider something else- just showed me what I was interested in. After the test drive Luis invited me inside. Bob Hewit, Used Vehicle Manager, came in and introduced himself and tells me: We want your business, We will give you top dollar for your trade and We will lower our price to make the deal work. After it was all said and done (a few minutes later) my expectations for what I wanted to pay and get for my trade in were met. My experience this time was just as good as the last one with one exception the Business Manager. Bryan Wilson was extremely patient and courteous. Bryan reduces my interest rate and found me another $800 for my trade in order to get me into a bumper to bumper 100K certified warranty. I couldn’t refuse Over all I am extremely satisfied with Bozard. I will continue to buy all my vehicles from Bozard. Thanks. More

I can only assume that this is because of the talented leadership and the inherent dedication to professionalism by all Bozard Ford employees. My visit on September 28th started with the service department. I live in Jacksonville and previously would take my car to other Jax Ford dealers for routine service and/or warranty work. However, I decided to give Bozard Ford's service department a try even though it is 30 minutes away in St. Augustine. I met with service advisor Alex Vecerkovic. Alex listened astutely to my service concerns and made me feel comfortable that my vehicle was at the right place for work. Stephen Purdy has been my primary point of contact at Bozard since Jan. 2010. Stephen is a very personable and pleasant individual. His product knowledge seems to be without limits. If however, he doesn't know the answer to a question he will personally introduce you to the person who can answer your question. I have visited the dealership several times in the last two and half years for research purposes on trucks, suv's, and other vehicles. Stephen is always courteous and takes the time to help me; even though he knows that I am not "buying today". I never felt pressured or feel like I am a "mark" for him to meet his or the companies goals. He genuinely wants to help you with your specific needs. Without a doubt, one of a consumer's primary concerns when purchasing an automobile is the best price. Did I want Bozard Ford to give me a vehicle? Yes, that would have been wonderful. Unfortunately, this is the real world and that did not happen. However, we were able to reach an agreeable price that was fair to both sides. Stephen Purdy was the reason I decided to drive 30 minutes out of my way for service and to again purchase from Bozard Ford. It was Stephen Purdy who also introduced some very pleasureable and fun people like: George Clark, Frank Lipko, Ed Roberts, and Russell Wright. Additionally, I really enjoyed the banter with General Manager Jeff King and Finance Manager A.J. Miller. I would like to think that my business relationship extends beyond money and facts with the individuals at Bozard. Lastly, I was also made aware that Mike Barfield's health has deteriorated. Yes I would recommend the dealership. The staff was friendly And knowledgable. My new car had a mechanical safety problem when it was sold it to me. the car was fixe and returned to me.
