Chris was very patient and made sure we understood the electronics before driving away. If needing another vehicle it would be from either Tara or Chris. We were made very comfortable from the beginning, even from our first visit to the lot. We visited the Lincoln lots several times and each time we were let to browse on our own, no "pushy" salesperson and whatever vehicle we wanted to sit in, keys were provided. Beautiful presentation of the car when we took delivery. More
