Great experience at Baierl Happy Fathers Day I picked up my brand new Forrester at Baierl Subaru on Monday the 15th Joe was with me he is the guy I met a Baierls when I was ordering my car. I ord I picked up my brand new Forrester at Baierl Subaru on Monday the 15th Joe was with me he is the guy I met a Baierls when I was ordering my car. I ordered it in March 2015 and this June. He was there with his cousins car getting service. He was now with me to pick up my 2000 Buick LeSabre he loved it as much as I did beautiful he said..Buick After signing for my car. I was shown everthing on my car they even took a picture of me and the car and emailed it to me.. When I arrived at home and my wife arrived home she noticed there was a scratch on the bottom of the cargo carrier. I called Kari and was not able to get her so I was connected to Bob the sales manager. Told Bob about the scratch and asked if Service could fix it. He said bring it up and I will have them look at it. I said after I eat I would be right up. Witthin a half a hour Kari called and said she was glad to get me before I left she said service said they could not fix it and a new one was ordere and will be there by Thursday.to Baierl with two extra large Pizza's which I had in a container to keep warm. When I walked into the showroom the receptionist said Mr Graham how are you doing Kari is in her office. Walked into her office saying pizza delivery man is here.Well everyone in sales service and administration was served and so was I with a great reinstallment of my cargo carrier. Everone loved the pizza and I toldem I love the service. My hand was shaken by all as I left and I knew I made a great choice stopping at Baierls Subaru.
