What Others Say

They’re friendly, courteous, efficient. Awesome dealership. easy in n out service. Great salesmen too.

Have been a customer since 2017. Have always been friendly, respectful, helpful and honest with me. Not pushy or overbearing.

I was very pleased with the help I received from our salesperson. Very informative, patient and easy to deal with. Once we finalized the deal, the process went very well to close out the purchase with everyone who assisted. Thank you

Very friendly and listen to my complaints or concerns. Convenient times to schedule appointments. Always checks the next day to see if I have any questions.

I never hesitate to visit Bowser Subaru when service is due on any of my vehicles. The service advisors are always helpful and attentive. I have also interacted with one or two of their technicians who always find a moment to answer any questions or concerns I have . Bowser Subaru is about 45 mins to an hour from my house but always worth the trip

I have had mixed experiences with service here, depending on the associate. Most recently, I brought my car in for state inspection. I marked on my appointment that I wanted to be notified before any work was done on my vehicle. I apparently had a bulb out in my headlight, and they replaced it without first informing me and allowing me to make the decision. While a bulb is not a huge deal, when I asked why I was not notified, I was told that I shouldn’t care about something that small. When I said that regardless of expense, I always want to be notified first, I was told that they did indeed call me. I had my phone on me the whole time my car was being serviced, and there is no missed call in my call log. The associate then immediately went on to say they would make a note to call me first for anything in the future, since they did not for such a “small deal.” I did not appreciate being directly lied to, and this is just one example of many similar situations. It makes me question whether there was a bulb burnt out in the first place, as this same associate said the same when I was getting an inspection before…and I change the bulbs myself when they burn out. Shout out to Ian though, who has always been helpful and respectful.
