Dealership had car for 10 days without a single call to provide an update on troubleshooting the fault code. I called several times and they said service writer would call back and he never did. I went twice and spoke to him and he said he'd get and update and call me (again, never did). On day 11 we went and spoke with the service manager and General manager and things started moving. There are odd fees that got tacked on to this oil change and recall repair that make no sense and should be explained. The bill ended up being $66.48. I appreciate my service advisor but beyond that, I’m not thrill by my bronco that has had break noise since it was 6 months old or by the charges at Bowditch. It is unlikely that I will buy a Ford again. More
