While recovering, I spent a solid week researching cars and dealerships in Florida. Fortunately I came across Bourne's Auto Center. Usually car dealerships advertise incredibly low prices but later stick it to you with their legally protected astronomical Florida "fees"; this was not the case at Bourne's. Jermaine met us at the door and I told him what we were looking for. He let us try every model without issue. Jermaine is an expert facilitator, he never tried to sell us anything, he simply listened to what we wanted and patiently understood our issues with what we saw. He surpassed my expectation as an employee and the price of the car we found could not be beat. Ryne helped us with the paperwork, never trying to use any kind of up-sale tactics, and we were out the door in under 30 minutes once we decided on our car. I will happily drive the 2 hours out of my way again the next time we're in a market for a gently used car. More
