I located a 2013 BMW 5 series on their website and decided to make the drive over to Daytona from Jacksonville for a closer look-I'm glad I did. The vehicle was well within my price range, in great condition, had low-mileage and a clean Carfax report. My dealer, Bryce, was very nice and made me feel comfortable about my purchase. In the end, they were able to get me a great rate (thanks Andy!) and a monthly payment that I could afford-5 year warranty included! In addition, whomever buys inventory for Bournes does a great job. Post sale experience far exceeds what I expected. The Mercedes I purchased required maintenance that only the Mercedes dealership could provide and without any pushback whatsoever, I was provided a loaner car for nearly a week until my car was through being worked on. I'm recommending Bournes to my friends and without a doubt will be going back again when I shop for another car. Having the ability to purchase at aution, I likely won't because my time now is too important and Bournes sells at near auction price with a warranty anyway. P.S. Their prices are no haggle. I tried....didn't work, but you'll definitely get what you pay for. Great cars, great selection, great pricing, no pressure, and no exhausting BS. If you want balloons, hotdogs, pounced upon, and a runaround with the salesman and sales manager headache thing that literally lasts for hours, go to Daytona Dodge or Gary Yoemans Ford. More

I first went to another popular dealership in Orlando and when they told me that they couldn't sell me a car without a valid DL (even though I had no intention of driving it off of the lot until 3-5 days later). I called Bourne's and they offered to help. I went there because they had the exact car I wanted for $3000 less than the previous dealership. My first car purchase was a breeze. It went by smoothly; they were able to finance me with a decent rate. As promised, I came back a few days later to pick up my vehicle with my insurance and DL. I love my vehicle and I am so glad that they were able to accommodate me. I always imagined buying a car as a really stressful and time consuming process but that was the exact opposite when I went to Bourne's. I'm glad that they made it a wonderful experience for me; the service here is impeccable. More

We bought our car and it looked like it just got out of the showroom. My sales person Will, was knowledgeable and not at all pushy. We went in there expecting to haggle down the price but we didn't have to, it was lower than any other dealership and what I expected to pay. We also dealt with the financing Dept. and they made it a very comfortable experience also. Service dep't doesn't get any better, the gentleman Don helped us out with any issue we had. Highly recommend the Bourne experience. Thanks everyone. More
