Sennia Purchase I saw a 2017 Toyota Sienna XLE AWD on sale at Boures for 5000 dollars below the average price it had wide screen TV, DVD, navigation all the options I saw a 2017 Toyota Sienna XLE AWD on sale at Boures for 5000 dollars below the average price it had wide screen TV, DVD, navigation all the options I wanted. I called Bournes and spoke to Patrick Miner I told him I was calling from Cape Coral witch is about 200 hundred miles away and I need needed alot of pictures and a honest evaluation of the Van's condition, with in 10 minutes Patrick sent me 15 detailed pictures of the inside and outside and told me the car was in beautiful condition., there were no hidden charges and that's the price no down payment necessary. I told him I was going to drive up there to see the car I asked him again if theres anything I need to know before I go up there with my family and said theres a 500 dealer preperation charge and that's it..He was great guy and very honest.. He asked if I needed financing and I did so before I left Patrick got me financing at wells Fargo bank with no money down ,,now my credit wasn't that good it was like 615-630 I dont know how he did it, So now im set Patrick got me every thing I needed. I drove up to Bournes and saw the van it was perfect just like Patrick said. There was some love bug splatter of the front bumper that needed to be wet sanded out, that Patrick had Bournes give me 300 hundred dollars back to cover the cost of repair. I had a great experience at Bounes the drive was totally worth it. Me and my wife and family love the sennia it replaced our Honda odyssey that got totaled in a accident a week before we bought this Sienna. Thank You Patrick for all your help and it was a pleasure meeting you. Also thank you Tunde Aouko for getting me that great financing rate, gap insurance, and service contract It was a pleasure doing business at your dealership I would recommend Bournes to my family and friends Tunde you were very helpful and knowledgeable in every aspect of this transaction Thank You again More
